As the heading suggest  Be’ joyful’ & Enjoy. It is very difficult for few people how to have that enjoyment. Because sometimes one doesn’t know how to keep the difference between joy and sorrow. One doesn’t  feel as it is always have joy even in this struggles of life.  Sometimes joy is not there when one is working very hard. He cannot feel the joy. In order to have joy do something that will take your mind off of the things that have been bothering you. Best way is to have a cup of tea with snacks and listen pleasing  music and soothe down mental pressure. There are different profession which demands at most concertion then have a break for ten to fifteen minutes and talk to your colleague.

I do like puddings.
Recently we have had a sticky toffee pudding from Lidl, which is truly scrumptious.
It is one of the best that we have ever had.
But the question is ....what would you serve with it ?
You could have cream ...either single, double or whipped.
You could have custard ... which is traditional with a steam type pudding.
You could also have ice cream with it if you wished.
I think it just comes down to personal choice.

So I love music a lot and I am sure a lot of people do. My favorite type of music is Classical, Jazz, Contemporary songs, and more. With out music in my life, In think life would be so different than it originally is. Music is such a big blessings to life today but also sometimes it can be a bad thing especially when the song is talking about drugs, drinking, etc. I think music should be about feelings and expressing but with out the drugs and alcohol part. There are numerous words like honesty, cheating, quacks, anger, loyalty, trickster. Everyone understands the dictionary meaning of these words. But most of them don’t understand the practical meaning and how to use or misuse them in day to day activities in the life. People are loyal to their families and friends. As long as this loyalty serves the purpose of manipulating the business. 

This is something that is normal in many areas of life. But, are we loyal to ourselves? Do we understand the loyalty to ourselves? Do we carry it in day to day activities? But loyalty to yourself is important and one should not compromise one’s believe, moral and ethics. When we do this in practices we are truly loyal to ourselves, our family & friends. I honestly don't understand people sometimes. I wish everyone was kind to one another because that would be pretty awesome. I am praying that we all can make differences in each other's lives and be kind to one another and love one another because that would definitely bring a lot of peace and I am praying for a lot of peace.

Do people confuse you sometimes? Honestly, I confuse myself sometimes as well to be honest. I wish things were perfect but they aren't.

Serious Are Serious One, Don’t Underestimate them.

There are different types of persons in this world  like quiet, introvert, extrovert, outspoken, serious etc.etc. Never underestimate quiet people. These are the ones that usually observe people and how they interact with others. They are also learn more by just listening than actually speaking a whole lot. Introverts are of self-centered and extroverts are of good speakers. Serious are of intellectual type and professor type. These type of people may know  more than they say, think more than they speak and observe more than you know. They see things that very outspoken people rarely see. They observe the things that of small details such as body language etc. 

How People Behave Like ignorant?

If you judge someone for who you think they are, then you are ignorant. I've seen a lot of mean comments on here as well before and I just don't know why people are so mean and ignorant. It really makes me upset. Anyway, if you have nothing nice to say about something, don't say it at all because it's very hurtful to other people. I don't care if you believe in something else. Don't be ignorant. Sorry that was my rant for the day. There are some days that I just cannot tolerate the meaness of people. How about you guys? What do you think about ignorant comments?Sometimes I wonder why some people are so ignorant and have something to say about someone that they don't even hardly know. As I watch the news, or read the news on Facebook, there's always someone who has a smart mouth and says something ignorant. I know we all have emotion but seeing harsh words to other people and not knowing who they are and what their story is is really disrespectful. People have no right to judge someone.

The Hippopotamus, the only creature bigger than the Hippo, is the Elephant, Hippo's are a lot meaner though and, very territorial.

I even worry about that I'm going to be homeless and I'm not going to find a job, but those are negative thoughts. God doesn't bring any negative thoughts. I should think positive and trusting God because I know he has a huge plan for my life and I know He does for you too.

I just have the trust in God and I know that he has a big plan for my life and it is going to be happen as i trust him firmly. i always pray to my God and visits religious places like mandir, gurudwara, church or masjid. i know he never put me in trouble even if i may be trapped by fellow citizens, relations. I would be helped by his greatness and mercifulness. I am put on the right path which was shown to me by his greatness.

What brings you peace?

I know I asked you guys this before, but I have another answer. What brings me peace is being with my friends and going out and enjoying nature. Life has been crazy and I feel like I am not going to make it, but I know I will. I know things will get better and I am honestly blessed with so much God has given to me. Even though I am fighting a huge battle with myself sometimes, I need to find God's peace in it. That is all that I can do.

Communication, How Hard Can It Be?

Communication is the biggest problem with people, whether it be a relationship, business, or in general. It will always be the hardest thing for any individual to do in their life.

The biggest problem with communication is that we don't listen to understand. Most people listen to reply only. They don't hear exactly what a person is saying to try to understand them. They listen to the tone and some words just to know how to reply to what they are saying.
Communication is the hardest part of a relationship. When this breaks down, the relationship cannot grow. If we all would try our hardest to understand what we are hearing, we would be amazed as to how a person really feels.

Keeping an honest and open line of communication with each other, whether personal or business, we will see how fast we can grow as an individual and as a society.

How the Vibration Matters?

It is a matter of great concern when we grow up and we start understanding the life. We need someone special to our heart may be my mother, my father, my brother, my sister and whom we treat them special in everyway. We all have a special person in our life. They are special in someway or the other. We show them how much we care and how much it is important for us to make them comfortable in our life. We are thankful to The God whom we can not forget for his great deeds. Everyone wants to know they are special to our hearts. So the life moves on but life is too short for us not to tell them and show them. It is the feeling one has the vibration to transmit and on the other hand someone who is a receiver on the other end. 

Inner Peace.

Inner peace refers to a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace. It can help you remain strong through very stressful and difficult times. But, how do we attain this inner peace? Where does it derive from?
First of all, accept what things are. So many people worry over things that they cannot control. You can worry over what people "may" be thinking of you, but do you really know what it is they are thinking? Stressing over matters that you cannot change, will only rob you of your inner peace. Once you start accepting what you cannot change, then you will relieve yourself of mountains of stress and anxiety.
Second, try meditation. When your mind gets so cluttered with thoughts and you cannot seem to straighten them out, meditation will help you find that peace you are seeking. Just sit back, relax, close your eyes, and empty your mind of all thoughts. Focus on emptiness. Just 20 minutes of this type of meditation will help you find some peace and turn things around for you. It will help you obtain more focus in life.
Third, try getting back in touch with nature. Just a simple walk by the lake or through the woods can sure help you find some peace. People are so confined to buildings do to work or just living. Taking a simple ride on your bike in the park or on a bike trail can relieve you of the daily stress of the world.
Finally, live in the present. You cannot change what happened in the past. Plus, we do not know what the future holds. So, why worry about something you cannot change from the past. It is called the past for a reason. As far as the future, nobody knows what will take place. So, keep your mind on the positive things of the present so that you can look forward to a more peaceful future.

We all have to find that inner peace in order to keep a bit of sanity in an insane world. Do not allow others to rob you of this peace. If you refuse to let them take over control of you, then you can achieve true inner peace.

Do you suffer with depression?

Depression is not a fun thing to go through. It's one of the worst feelings ever because you can't think about anything happy when you are depressed. I have been through depression many times in my life and it is honestly the worse feeling ever because you don't feel like doing anything and you feel like you just don't care and it is honestly hard. I am not so sure if they have a cure for depression, but I am praying that they will find one because depression is just plain awful like any other sicknesses. I am thankful for having joy lately and I praise God for all He has done.

The pearly teeth add the fascination to every smile. Whiter teeth can be a great asset to a person’s smile. Tooth bleaching is very effective in removing the stains from the teeth. The simplest way is to maintain your teeth. 

So that it does not cause any tooth decay, stains and gum should be firm and cavity should not be there. After waking up in the morning go for a brushing and use that brush in the round way and up and down inner and outer of the teeth. 

So that it does not cause any plaque. If there are stains use half cut lemon rub it on the teeth and massage the gum with the first  finger by using paste. And apply on the gum and massage it with the first finger in a circular way. 

Wash your mouth and dry it up. It is highly advisable not to go to dentist for bleaching because enamel on the tooth will spoil because of chemicals. Make your laughter more precious through your white teeth.

If we do not protect our skin properly, the skin cells cannot execute their functions and prevent infections and diseases. Over the human body every skin cell differ from others and covers the bones with number of layers like on the foot. these are thick layers and on the face it is thin layers likewise eyelid is of thin layers. 

The wrinkles on the skin is the symptom of observing the high energy sun rays. The rays affect the oxygen molecules of the skin and caused great instability. The remedy is apply mustar oil & breathe oxygen deeply and do Yoga exercise regularly.

Everybody is well aware in the world that YOGA is going to be declared as YOGA  Day by WHO. In the Ancient time people used to prefer eating fruits, salads, and raw vegetables even if raw vegetable is to cook up.It is cooked with the help of ghee (Butter Oil), mustard oil etc. 

The term diet  has become very important word in the modern times and everybody go on suggesting others. What to eat what not to eat without having proper knowledge. What will be the repercussion on human body. 

if one without confirming the intake of such foods can hamper in human body. it is better the things or vegetables, milk, tea, coffee, juices should be taken on a selective way and breakfast, lunch, evening tea, supper at night should be divided at regular intervals. Starting from breakfast (after clearing belly) and lunch. There should be an intervals of 3 to 4 hours. 

And lunch and evening tea. There should be a duration of 3 to 4 hours,  in from evening to dinner. there should also be a duration of 3 to 4 hours. And after having a dinner they should be long walk of atleast 1 Km. One should take regular exercise in the morning and also do Yoga under the guidance  of the teacher. (Guru) simple living and simple eating and high thinking.
